C4C 2010 Assassins game

C4C 2010 Assassins game

Well the Assassin game has ended and no surprise, C4C has won another round of TOC points for the first years.  Let's recap: Cornhole Tournament, Brent! Costume contest, Dave! Bowling, Brent!  An imminent victory at March Madness, Christine! And now, Dave has won first place in the assassins game as well as had the most kills with 7 assassinations, Brian Jacobi came in second place.

Don't fret second years, we'll be introducing some higher value TOC events this quarter so that you will have a chance to come back.  Thank you everyone for playing assassins, we all had a terrific time playing and hopefully next time we can finish the game in less than a quarter's worth of classes (the next round of assassins will include a whole new set of rules to make this so).

Assassins gets started...

The C4C 2010 Assassins game started yesterday and is well underway already.

35 students signed up and were equipped with waterguns and the class schedule of their target. Targets are to be eliminated out of sight of other assassins, safe zones including Gallagher Hall and people on bikes or in cars.

So far, 4 people have already been assassinated, passing their target on to the person who shot them.

Prices and TOC points will be awarded to the last people standing, as well as the person with the most kills.

As each person paid to participate, this event will bring about $170 to Challenge for Charity, which will be passed on to our community contacts.

Update: Feb 5th

The game is well underway, and inspite of a few unsuccessful assassination atempts, there are now only 11 people left in the game.

Including those shot yesterday was our Co-President Jefferson Heidelberger, who was stalked home by his assassin. However, he has had the most kills so far, so it will be interesting to see if any of the remaining killers will be able to catch up before the game is over.

Of those remaining, 4 assassins are 2nd year students, who are remaining strong in the attempt to take the first TOC points for their class this school year.

The chase continues....

The take down of our Co-President

A: Are you compromised?

M: No

A: Game on!

M: House

A: ?

M: His house. Followed him out

M: Yeah, if he don't beat me
